Basic principle: The sterilization pot is divided into two layers. The upper tank is mainly used for recycling hot water, and can be used at 0-150 ℃. The sterilization performance is achieved by the lower tank. In order to ensure uniform temperature in the lower tank, no dead corners in sterilization, fast circulation of hot water in the pot, and more intuitive and convenient computer control, we have taken the following steps: 1. According to product requirements, first preheat the upper tank to around 0-120 ℃ (adjustable according to product process), fill all the goods in the sterilization pot while preheating, close the pot door, and open the interlocking device. 2. Quickly pump the water from the upper tank into the sterilization pot using a water pump, and after reaching the water level gauge, output 4-20Majn through a liquid level transmitter to the PLC control system. The water pump pumping system will automatically shut down to circulate hot water in the pot. 3. In order to ensure the uniformity of the water outlet point in the pot during circulation, a three-point series connection is adopted, connected by a φ 108 pipeline, and then heated by a large-diameter water pump (this hot water exchanger avoids direct contact between steam and goods when heating directly in the pot, causing some goods to have a higher temperature). Then, through eight points in the pot (eight points, divided into upper, lower, left, and right points), the hot water is directly circulated into the sterilization pot. A flow conversion valve is installed in the middle of the pipeline to ensure uninterrupted alternating switching of hot water flow and ensure uniform temperature in the pot. 4. When circulating hot water, if the sterilization pot body is long and the distance between each point is long, in order to make the hot water flow more evenly, a stainless steel pipe is used as a guide, and a small outlet hole is drilled on one side of the pipe (the small hole is in the shape of a plum blossom, and the cross-sectional area of the pipe is 1.2 times that of the small hole). Considering the resistance of water, the pipe hole is first small and then large. The hot water in this pot circulates once every left and right period of time. 5. The sterilization pot can reach the predetermined temperature within a few minutes of heating up. During the heating process, as the temperature rises and falls and changes slightly during constant temperature, the steam film regulating valve adjusts the steam input to ensure that the temperature does not reverse. This steam film regulating valve outputs a 4-20mA current signal through a temperature integrated transmitter and inputs it into the PLC programming for uninterrupted closing and opening adjustment until it is closed. )The steam film regulating valve adjusts with temperature changes. 6. During pressure maintenance, automatic pressure maintenance is achieved through an integrated pressure transmitter. You can first set the pressure inside the pot, which will automatically discharge when the pressure is high and automatically replenish when the pressure is low. After killing the bacteria, pump the hot water from the pot to the upper tank. 7. The sterilization pot is equipped with a cooling circulation pump and an overflow valve during cooling. When the sterilization pot is used for a long time, some of the hot water in the pot can be discharged through the overflow valve to ensure that the products in the pot are cooled to the set temperature in a short time.
